The room and bathroom were very clean and well-maintained, which I truly appreciated. However, only two sachets of tea were provided in the room. It would have been nice if coffee had been also included, especially for guests who prefer it. Breakfast was decent, but the selection could be improved. The menu remained the same each day, so a bit more variety would definitely enhance the experience, especially for guests staying multiple nights. One of the best aspects of the hotel is its location—it's conveniently situated within walking distance of many attractions. For times when I didn’t feel like driving, it was also very easy to book a Grab ride from the hotel. Overall, a comfortable stay with room for small improvements.
Really enjoyed my stay at Concorde KL in the Premier Room. The room was spacious with a comfy king-size bed and a clean bathroom. The cocktail session included 4 drinks and 2 platters — a nice touch. But the highlight was definitely the Premier breakfast by the pool — the vintage, Victorian-style setting made it feel so special and relaxing. A lovely experience overall
Firstly, I would like to express my appreciation for the warm hospitality during our recent stay. We truly enjoyed the experience, and the thoughtful gesture of a welcome cake in celebration of our wedding was much appreciated. However, I am writing to express my concern regarding a payment issue that has yet to be resolved. My brother made the booking for us through your official website and used his bank card for confirmation purposes. On the day of check-in (around 5 PM), his card was charged, which we were told was a temporary hold and would be refunded. Despite this, we were still required to make full payment again at the front desk during check-in. It has now been 9 days since our stay, and the refund for the initial charge has still not been received. We have not been updated on the status, and this lack of communication is quite disappointing. I kindly request an immediate update on the refund process, as this matter is causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. I sincerely hope this is not a case of oversight, as it does reflect poorly on the service experience. Please get back to me as soon as possible to confirm the refund status.
