Concorde Hotel Singapore

I had an amazing 5-day stay at Concord Hotel Singapore and couldn’t be happier with the experience! the comfort and cleanliness were exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious every day, with a great variety and quality. What stood out most was the hospitality — the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. Truly a five-star experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

The hotel is highly recommended. It has a strategic location with plenty of dining options nearby. Although the hotel is a bit older, the rooms are clean and spacious. The service is excellent. Initially, we were given rooms on opposite ends of the floor, which made communication difficult even though we were on the same floor. We requested to change rooms, and they accommodated us, even though we had to wait an hour, we eventually got rooms next to each other. The room at the end of the hall was smaller compared to the other, possibly a leftover space. However, the rooms were cleaned daily, the beds were comfortable, and there was also a terrace. All the staff were friendly.

Very nice location, bus stop at the front of the hotel, walking distance to all shops in orchard Rd. money exchange and 7 eleven 5 min away. staff very friendly and attentive. the only downside part is that the hotel look a bit old. but highly recommended the room size is spacious comparing to other hotels in the same area with price value
