Concorde Paris

I absolutely love this place! The rooms are pristine and the view of the lake is gorgeous. Also, the staff is incredible! Even when I don’t book a room at the hotel but stay locally in Tunis, I still come to the restaurant, cafe, and spa here because it has the best customer service in all of Tunis. There are so many staff members I can’t remember all of them, so I’m naming the ones who I remember (and thanks to all those I didn’t!). There’s Cyrine and Ahmed at the lobby cafe, all the amazing servers and the host at the lunch and dinner buffet, and Yusayra and the other masseuses at the spa. Thanks to all of you!! This spot has my best hotel rooms + restaurant + spa in Tunis :)

I had a wonderful experience at the Mövenpick Hotel du Lac. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. A special thank you to Aziz at the reception, who made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. The room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, and the location is ideal. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return

I’m currently staying at this hotel and I’m truly impressed! The place is very clean and beautifully maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are absolutely wonderful. I also had the chance to try the massage service, which was excellent and very relaxing. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food with a great variety of options. A big thank you to the entire team for their hard work and outstanding service. I’d especially like to mention Ehab for his excellent service. Highly recommended!
