We had an incredible experience at this rooftop restaurant, and a huge part of that was thanks to our fantastic waiter Giovanni Valdez. From the moment we sat down, he was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations, and made sure every detail was perfect throughout the evening. His timing was impeccable—always there when we needed something, but never overbearing. It really felt like he went above and beyond to make our night special. Service like this is rare and truly deserves to be recognized. Highly recommend both the restaurant and asking for this amazing waiter if you can!

Such a bummer. My friend who was visiting me in CDMX wanted to have a drink here as it is one of her friend's favorite spots. Had a lovely time, a refreshing cocktail and really great service. Unfortunately, I accidentally left my wallet on the table when leaving - called the hotel and got an Uber back as soon as I realized... but it was gone. I would have had zero expectations if I had been at a regular bar or big hotel - but at a quiet, boutique hotel bar/restaurant on a Tuesday with about 8 patrons and 4 staff... I really, really hoped for a different outcome. Like I said, bummer.

Aesthetically beautiful hotel but comfort and functionality are terrible. Beds are incredibly uncomfortable. Not enough lights in the room so very dark at night. Bathroom is beautiful but design is terrible. Toilet is right in front of floor to ceiling window so entire street can see you. Sliding door on it can be closed but then bathroom is very dark and all your towels are right against toilet. Shower pressure is great but there is no way to take a shower without getting your entire head soaking wet. Design of hotel is cool so recommend grabbing a drink on the rooftop terrace but don’t bother staying here if you value your comfort
