Condotti Boutique Hotel

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautifully designed and situated perfectly in the heart of Rome. The snack and coffee bar in the kitchen offered a delightful experience. Furthermore, the hotel's proximity to restaurants and historical sites made it easy to explore on foot. I certainly plan to return to this hotel during my next visit.

Called six months in advance to reserve a specific room and was told it was no problem; the hotel even sent me a special link to book that room directly. When we arrived, the man at the desk knew nothing about it and acted like we were crazy for making such a request, he didn't even try to look into it. If you want to pay a lot of money to feel like everyone on staff is doing you a favor by even being there, then I guess this is the place...

Extremely Disappointed – Do Not Recommend Our stay at this property was very disappointing. First, we booked a hotel, but were placed in an off-site apartment, which was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking. The apartment was not properly maintained and was completely lacking in basic hospitality services. During our entire stay, no one came to: • Take out the trash • Change the towels • Replace bed sheets • Clean the apartment at all We had to manage everything ourselves, which is unacceptable for a place listed as a hotel. Additionally: • The bathroom had a strong odor that was never resolved • The shower water switched from hot to cold constantly—we informed the staff, but no one came to fix it This was not the experience we expected or paid for. I do not recommend this property, especially for families or groups looking for a comfortable and properly serviced stay.
