Great rooms, great location, great price. Small issues like not enough loo roll (I had a cold and was struggling), needed extra pillows. But air con worked perfectly. Shower took a little time to drain. But regardless staff are incredibly helpful and kind. Thank you!

Negative first: Unfortunately, the room we got for our honeymoon was windowless, which was not clear in the description nor booking information. Being slightly claustrophobic, it was not a good thing. We found that a door could be opened in the door, and if we opened a window at the opposite side of the corridor we got some natural light (although passing people were constantly peaking in). It was also very expensive considering the windowless room. On the upside, there was no street noise (but lots of noise from the corridor and the neighboring room). Also, the room was very small and the bed had strange sharp metal legs and corners which I hurt my toes and scratched my legs on several times. Although listed as a "bed and breakfast", there is no breakfast... Positive: Extremely friendly staff, awesome great service, always super clean room. The air conditioning was very good and not directly aimed at the bed which allowed us to have it on during the night without catching a cold. Also, we were provided with a free and well stocked minibar (perhaps as a compensation for the windowless room?) which was convenient. The location is fantastic, on a famous street with all imaginable luxury stores and very close to the Spanish Steps. Be sure to watch Roman Vacation with Gregory Peck and Audrey Hepburn before you go! Several shots from the movie were within a few minutes walk from the hotel. There is also a plethora of good restaurants nearby.

BIG WARNING! Room with no window! Prisoners have a better room than this. Awful service, they don't respond and ignore you. The worst stay ever. I don't recommend this, even for my enemies. We skipped the last night and moved to a hotel. That bad was the stay. And the staff and owner don't care, so disrespectful. Tried all day to come in contact with the owner, but they don't care. They are happy that they got some money off us. BIG WARNING!
