The service provided by the Spa staf specially Esra and Ebru is excellent.
We stayed as a stop on the way to Istanbul. The carpet was wet due to air-conditioned dripping from the ceiling. Shower after 10min running shower No hot water, just Luke warm. Maintenance never turned up to look at it. Front desk staff didn't seem to proactive or concerned. Walked 75m to outside pool then told to walk back and get towl from reception. Reception said I have to go base level to get towel.
It was a room at the end of the second floor, and every 10-15 minutes, I heard a level of noise that I couldn't fall asleep. It was the first time I've ever been to a hotel with this level of noise and I couldn't sleep even though I was tired. Also there's a strange smell in the room, too. But staff were kind
