I recently visited this poolside venue and had a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing — clean surroundings, comfortable loungers, and a beautiful view of the water. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. I also appreciated the variety of drinks and snacks available, all served fresh and quickly. The pool itself was well-maintained and perfect for cooling off on a hot day. Whether you’re looking to swim, sunbathe, or just unwind with a drink, this place is ideal. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!
We recently held a meeting at the Conrad Hotel and had a very good overall experience. The hotel is impressive—spacious, elegant, and well-maintained. The meeting room was beautifully set up with stylish furniture and fully equipped with everything we needed, which made the session comfortable and efficient. We also requested a coffee break that included coffee, tea, and juices. While the drinks were good, the food selection was quite limited. There was only tuna sandwich and falafel, along with two types of sweets. We’re used to a wider variety of options in similar hotels, so that part was a bit underwhelming. Later in the day, we had dinner at Rosewater Restaurant, which was a nice experience with good food and atmosphere. Overall, Conrad is a great venue for meetings with excellent facilities and service.
I booked a sea-view apartment at your hotel, but upon arrival, I was surprised to find it was not sea-view. The staff member at the reception refused to change it, claiming it was not his fault and that he could not assist me because the booking was made through Booking.com. The manager, however, tried to help by offering me two rooms instead. I was told I would receive the first room within 25 minutes, but unfortunately, I got it after an hour and a half, and the second room about half an hour later. I was disappointed with the attitude of some staff members, who seemed to lack experience and the skills to make guests feel welcome. The hotel is beautiful and the location is great, but unfortunately, this will be my first and last stay here.
