Our stay at Conrad Bali was nothing short of amazing. We stayed in a King Ocean Front Corner Suite and the room was beautiful, spacious, and had incredible views. The grounds are stunning and immaculately kept; we spent every day relaxing in the cabanas, which were perfect. The beachfront massages were a highlight, and the fire dancing buffet dinner was both an incredible meal and a spectacular experience. But above all, it was the staff who made our stay unforgettable. Even at nearly full capacity, they remembered our names, greeted us warmly, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Their genuine care and attention to detail truly stood out. One of my new favourite hotels, and I’ll be back as soon as possible.
Recently stayed at this hotel with our extended family for 7 days. Was a fantastic holiday, couldn’t haven’t asked for more from the hotel. Beautiful peaceful grounds, perfect pools. Breakfast was absolutely delicious - I miss it already!!! The rooms were great, came and serviced them twice a day and always cleaned well. All the staff went above and beyond in all departments, we couldn’t have asked for more! We will definitely be back!
Hotel Conrad Bali is a decent place, probably designed more for Australians who have a short trip to Bali. The food is good and the rooms are fine, but the beach is unfortunately disappointing – not the kind of place you’d want to spend much time at. There are pools, but not enough sunbeds for the number of guests. The service is, as everywhere in Bali, extremely friendly. A special mention goes to Chris, who was truly exceptional – always available, very helpful, and really made a difference during our stay. There is a spa and a gym, which are nice additions, but there is not a lot of entertainment at the hotel, and not much really happens there. You can rent bikes and ride around, but overall this is more of a short-stay hotel rather than a place where you’d want to spend your whole holiday in Bali. Special thanks to CHRIS - You are awesome! It was great to meet You!
