Absolutely loved our stay. We are a family of 6 so had a large 2 bedroom suite. Service was amazing, staff were extremely accommodating. Poolside service was second to none and the staff were delightful and extremely attentive. Kids made good use of the pickle ball court and tennis court as well as the gym for the older children. Executive lounge was fabulous and we enjoyed our breakfast up there as opposed to going down to the main breakfast buffet. The manager made alternative arrangements so our 10 year old could join us for evening drinks (no children under 12 allowed in after 5.30pm) which was very much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

i love this hotel, they just know how to do 5 star so well. The breakfast staff have become a bit like family (we love them) and always help when needed. Lounge staff are mostly good (but could be a bit more attentive at times) and the food is nice at executive lounge. The only thing is when the hotel gets too busy, the lifts can take a long time to come (10mins) and service can drop significantly. The diplomat bar is great service and singers are always amazing, just remember the mosquito spray lol. My family still stay and love the hotel every year.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Lovely start, but a shocking experience in the executive lounge ruined it. On arrival, everything seemed promising. I was warmly greeted, check-in was smooth and friendly, and the staff took care of my luggage straight away. A special mention to the housekeeping team they were absolutely amazing. The room was spotless, beautifully set up, and perfect for the occasion. I was genuinely impressed… at first. Unfortunately, things took a serious turn for the worse when I visited the executive lounge. It was the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel lounge. The area was unclean, poorly managed, and completely let down the standards you’d expect from a hotel of this level. I have specific dietary requirements, and not only were the food labels incorrect, but when I raised this with a staff member, she laughed as if it was a joke. That was incredibly disrespectful and unacceptable. Worse still, the label was never corrected, putting guests like me at risk. The manager of the lounge was even more disappointing. I was given five different excuses instead of help, and he was repeatedly caught out lying. Rather than addressing the issue, he became dismissive and defensive. It felt like guest care was the last thing on his list. This was a big letdown and left a sour taste on what should have been a special and enjoyable stay. Something seriously needs to change especially in how dietary concerns are handled and how guests are treated when they raise valid concerns. Sadly, I won’t be returning.
