We stayed at the residence and the hotel side I like the hotel side but both were very nice. The staff is warm and welcoming.
Friendly service, excellent breakfast with Asian/European/American options, clean and spacious rooms, the pool area is an oasis incl playground, tennis court, garden, shopping and eating facilities around the corner, free hotel shuttle to BTS station Chit
During my first stay, the breakfast did not meet expectations; however, the room was exceptionally comfortable, and the anniversary amenities were beautifully prepared. When I stayed again last month, I was pleasantly surprised by the improvements in breakfast. It became much more refined and diverse, with a noticeable enhancement in taste. Unfortunately, the hotel forgot the promised anniversary amenities, which left a bit of regret during an otherwise pleasant trip. I hope the team can continue striving for excellence and ensure greater attention to promised details in the future. I look forward to experiencing your best service on my next visit!
