I recently stayed at Conrad Hangzhou and had one of the most memorable getaways ever! The hotel is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, offering a tranquil retreat with breathtaking views of the mountains and lakes. I booked an exclusive room through Trip.com, and it exceeded all my expectations. The unique outdoor tent setup was such a fun and cozy addition, and having a private table tennis setup made it even more special. The room itself was spacious, modern, and incredibly high-tech—the automatic toilets and smart room controls added a touch of luxury and convenience to the stay. The variety and quality of breakfast buffet were outstanding, with delicious options to satisfy every craving. Whether you’re in the mood for local flavours or international dishes, the spread was impressive. One of the unique perks was the free 1-hour photo session, which was such a thoughtful inclusion. The professional photographer captured beautiful moments, adding an unforgettable touch to the whole experience. Overall, Conrad Hangzhou provided the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and relaxation. With its stunning views, innovative amenities, and thoughtful extras, it’s an ideal destination for anyone looking to unwind and recharge. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to return!

My stay at the Conrad Hangzhou was a mix of highs and lows. The check-in felt like an interrogation, and despite the hotel's cleanliness, the pervasive smell of cigarette smoke was a significant drawback. Service was not proactive. However, two individuals truly shone: Chria Tang in concierge, who treated us like actual guests and ensured we had water for our trip, and Ms. Li Na from housekeeping, who left thoughtful weather notes. THEIR exceptional service was a highlight. The city view was great, and the breakfast offered a good balance of Western and Chinese cuisine. The hotel was a bit warm, so that added to the smell. While the hotel is maintained, the initial arrival, the lack of service, and the smoke odor detracted from what could have been a truly luxurious experience.
