Conrad Indianapolis

My first time staying at a Conrad. The service was absolutely fantastic. Ancilleo (sp) at check in was very professional and courteous. First impressions 1st class! The facility itself was a bit older but none the less really nice. That’s the only reason I gave a 4 on the room. We went out and upon our return had a turn down service, truly amazing again. Location is perfect for anything downtown. Lots of restaurants close by. For a 5 Star hotel the price was reasonable. Great place , I’d go there again! Well done Hilton!

I loved this hotel. They make you feel like royalty. The service is impeccable. I used several of their amenities including their in-room dining, gym and spa. (The pool/hot tub/steam room/sauna are free for hotel guests to use and very nice! Do not miss this treat!) Everything was beautifully executed. My room was clean, quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The housekeeping staff was kind, attentive and there was a lovely turndown service every evening. (Where they put out a robe and slippers, refill your water, etc). I just could go on and on, but I hope to stay at Conrad again someday. I am sad to leave.

We used the Conrad Hotel for multi day company event and they offered exceptional service and great food. We loved the room we rented on Saturday for an event. The valets were extremely polite.
