Conrad London St James

If you are thinking about staying at the Conrad, just do it! I recently stayed at the Conrad St James for two nights while on a trip around Europe and had a delightful and memorable experience. This was my favorite hotel stay I've ever stayed in. No detail was left out to enhance the guest experience. From check-in to check out and every moment in between, I felt special, every need taken care of and anticipated. Breakfast was so lovely! Really enjoyed the executive lounge. The turn down service was luxurious. Every single staff member was exceptionally trained. The bed was the best bed I have ever slept in, this is so important and often overlooked in most hotels. I have been telling everybody I know how amazing my stay is. I want to book another trip to London just to stay here. Thank you for making us feel so taken care of! We will be back!

The Conrad was lovely! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The two restaurants in the hotel, a pub and a nicer restaurant were both delicious. Buckingham palace was about a 10 minute walk through the park, Big Ben and Westminster abbey were closer, about 5 minutes. The executive lounge was the highlight of the stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. Overall, our stay made our experience in London more enjoyable!

Just an extraordinary property. Service from the doorman to the front desk to the room valets - all top notch. Rooms had all amenities, including good air con which was critical while we were in London. Executive lounge is wonderful for Diamond members. St James tube line outside the front door. Some lovely restaurants around the property. Breakfast is wonderful and a tremendous selection. We normally stay at the Waldorf Hilton but this will be our new “go to” when in London.
