Conrad Manila was hands down my favorite hotel stay in all of Manila. The place is beautiful—super fancy but still feels welcoming and comfortable. The service was great, the rooms were spacious and spotless, and the views were incredible. Breakfast was excellent, and the amenities were top-notch. We even accidentally left behind a toothbrush and a few other small items, and they actually emailed us about it—never had a hotel do that before! Just goes to show how attentive and thoughtful the staff are. We felt totally taken care of the whole time. Would 100% stay here again.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every detail in the room felt premium, from the lighting to the bathroom amenities. I also had the chance to dine at their restaurant, and the food was outstanding—both in taste and presentation. Room service was prompt and courteous as well. Though it was just a short stay, it felt luxurious and relaxing. I’d definitely return for a longer visit and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a five-star experience in Manila.

The front desk staff made me feel welcome and valued, and everything about the process was handled with professionalism and grace. It wasn’t just the service it was the atmosphere. The entire building gives off a luxurious, modern, and elegant vibe. Every detail from the scent in the lobby to the stylish furniture and the sweeping views of Manila Bay makes you feel like you’re somewhere truly special. One of the biggest highlights was the Executive Lounge. What a beautiful, serene space! Whether I was grabbing a light snack, enjoying evening canapés, or just relaxing with a drink, the ambiance was perfect. The staff were always attentive without being intrusive ready to help with a smile at all times. It was the ideal place to unwind. When I got to my room, I was blown away. Thank you, Conrad, for the incredible upgrade it genuinely took my breath away as soon as I walked in. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and so peaceful that I canceled my plans just to stay in and savor it. I sat by the window and watched the sunset over the bay, feeling completely relaxed and pampered. A huge thank you to Joy, the housekeeper assigned to our room. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was absolutely spotless. Every detail was perfect fresh towels folded with care, everything in its place and the thoughtful note she left us was so touching. It’s the kind of small gesture that creates lasting memories. Joy, thank you for your dedication and warmth! Breakfast was another unforgettable part of the stay. The selection was outstanding international and local dishes, fresh pastries, tropical fruits, and made-to-order items. The staff at the restaurant were just as amazing as everywhere else in the hotel: friendly, helpful, and attentive, even during busy hours. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, but Conrad Manila stands out in every possible way. The service, the design, the amenities, the location all of it combined to make this stay truly exceptional. It’s rare to find a hotel that delivers this consistently across every department. To everyone at Conrad Manila: thank you for giving me a stay I will never forget. You’ve set the standard so high that I don’t think I could stay anywhere else when I return to Manila.
