The new roof you installed was absolutely the right decision as it can protect from the heat with air conditioning and also from the rain. It is such a beautiful space now. Absolutely loved our stay at the Conrad! My husband and I have stayed here before, but it was our first time staying with our toddler and baby. As always, the hotel was immaculate. Clean. Comfortable. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They worked with us to check in early. They quickly brought up a mini crib, refrigerator, and microwave for our room as well as the cutest little stuffed animals for both kids. The reusable water bottles they provided and in-room filtered water system is such a luxury. This is by far our favorite place to stay in the city, and we can’t wait to be back again soon.
