I will preface this by saying we stayed entirely on points. Our stay at the Conrad Osaka was nothing short of spectacular. The entire staff was amazing. We were greeted every day by all of the staff, by name. We stayed for 5 nights while on our honeymoon in March, and was upgraded 2 room types for the entire week. The rooms were amazing and well kept. I appreciated what the room service did with towels. The breakfast buffet was a great start to each morning.

We were celebrating a birthday, and Han Gyul Kim at the Conrad Osaka bar went above and beyond to make it truly special. They brought out complimentary birthday drinks, personally went to the restaurant in the hotel to pick up our sushi order so we didn’t have to leave our seats, and even had the live performer sing Happy Birthday to us! Every detail was thoughtful and seamless — the kind of service that feels genuine and rare. The atmosphere was stunning, the cocktails were top-notch, and the staff made us feel like VIPs the entire evening. If you’re in Osaka, don’t miss this spot. Incredible service, sweeping views overlooking Osaka, and an experience we’ll never forget.
