Conrad Punta de Mita

The best hotel I've ever stayed at. At the hotel, there were three pools. My personal favorite was the ocean view one. You could also order food at the pool. There, they would call you by your last name, something you would never get anywhere else, even in a different 5 star hotel. The food was very good. I personally recommend the one near the lobby.

We just returned from our second stay at Conrad Punta de Mita and it was just as amazing as we remembered. The property is stunning, but what keeps bringing us back is the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Even though it’s a large resort, everything feels close—especially the pool areas, which we love. There are three main pool sections: one for families with kids, an infinity pool, and an adult-only area, so you can choose the vibe you’re looking for. The beach is beautiful, and right now the ocean is warm and inviting. The pool water is also nicely heated, and the jacuzzi is a great bonus. The food options are solid. We tried the chilaquiles with mole at breakfast (recommended by Rodolfo) and they were delicious. As always, Francisco and Edgar provided outstanding service at El Mezquite. Our room was spotless with a breathtaking view—huge thanks to the housekeeping team for keeping it so cozy and fresh throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We just spent 4 nights here on a 3 week visit to Mexico. Amazing service by all the staff- we had a gorgeous suite for our family-(2 young boys). They loved the pool, slide! and activities. Special shoutout to Daniela our butler who helped to sort out a couple of issues with the room promptly and efficiently. All the buggy drivers were great and accommodating of the kids- Saul and his colleagues. Leo at the beach bar was absolutely wonderful a for sunset drinks!! Great location, beach and little extras to make you feel very special!
