Conrad Rabat Arzana

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Conrad with my familly and would definitely recommend it. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are modern, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The restaurant also offers good Moroccan and International food.

I’m currently enjoying my stay at the Conrad Rabat Arzana and want to take a moment to highlight the outstanding hospitality – especially from Omar and his team. Omar stands out for his professionalism, kindness, and genuine care – and it’s clear that his entire team shares the same values. Whether in person or via the hotel’s messaging system, communication is always quick, thoughtful, and respectful. It’s a real pleasure to feel so well looked after, without anything ever feeling forced. A special mention also goes to Houssine at the fitness center – such a motivating and positive presence. His energy and dedication made training a real highlight of my stay. If I lived here, he’d be my personal trainer without a doubt. The whole team, from reception to housekeeping and beyond, creates a welcoming and professional atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. And finally, I want to give a big compliment to the breakfast and all-day dining restaurant. The quality of food, the variety, and the attentive service truly add to the experience – whether it’s a calm breakfast or a relaxed dinner, it’s always a pleasure to be there. Looking forward to the rest of my stay – and already hoping to return soon.

Great place to be! We had a lovely stay. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The swimming pool is a bit small, and service was a little slow at times but it wasn't an issue since we weren’t in a hurry. The front desk team was especially welcoming. We were greeted with a refreshing towel and drink upon arrival and didn’t even have to queue at the desk to check in something truly appreciated after a long trip. A special thank you to Omar for his warm hospitality and genuine sense of care. He made us feel at home. Dinner at 99 Sushi was also very enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year!
