Quiet & peaceful place to relax. Private pool in the villa is a bit cool during sundown since it is not heated. Bathroom is first class fit for a king. Front desk staff was always helpful. A bit inconvenient to the front reception but a call would get us a ride in their electric club cars. Shuttle bus available to mall shopping area.

Pros. 1. Friendliness of the staff. I really like how friendly and friendly all the staff are. All the employees who experienced this experience looked comfortable. And the welcome surprise is cute too. 2. Room condition and amenities. Although it is a relatively old pool villa, it is well maintained. The cleanliness of the rooms and the private pool are relatively well maintained. Amenities include Shanghai soup. 3. Private. The space with the adjacent room is well designed, so there is almost no obstruction. 4. Each pool villa is located in a forest of trees, making it great for a light walk. Cons. 1. Language. The most unfortunate thing is that very few people speak English, so communication is not easy. 2. There is the inconvenience of having to ride a buggy (cart) for every move. Of course, if you call at any time, they will wait at the door. 3. Dining. The food in the main building's lounge is good, and the room service isn't bad, but other than that, there's nothing else to enjoy about dining. You can take a buggy to the double tree right next door, but it can be inconvenient. 4. Double tree noise. If an event is held in the evening at the adjacent Double Tree, the noise is quite loud. 5. Because the beach is connected to Double Tree, you can enter Conrad from Double Tree or from outside. This part was a bit surprising, especially at night, as it was quite dark and quiet inside the resort, so it gave a somewhat negative impression in terms of safety. Total. I plan to stay there when I come to Sanya again because it is a place with a high level of overall satisfaction. Of course, the recently opened Atlantis Hotel nearby is tempting with aggressive promotions and facilities (aquarium-small/water park), but this is a recommended place if you plan to spend a quiet and comfortable vacation.
