**First hotel review of mine: Conrad Shenzhen** Conrad Shenzhen is easily one of the top three hotels I have ever stayed in. As someone who travels frequently and has experienced many Conrad properties in Las Vegas, NYC, London, Seoul, Beijing, and other luxury hotels, I can confidently say that this location stands out. I was particularly impressed with Amanda Zhang and her team’s exceptional hospitality and professionalism. Not only did Amanda coordinate a few business meetings for me in the lounge, warmly welcoming my colleagues to the hotel, but she also facilitated our discussions seamlessly. When she learned that I needed to catch a mid-flight in Hong Kong, Amanda went above and beyond to organize a relaxing arrangement that made my travel experience effortless. The amenities at the Conrad Shenzhen are fantastic, but it’s the outstanding service that truly sets this hotel apart. I highly recommend staying here for both business and leisure. Thank you, Amanda and team, for making my stay so memorable!

Great, modern Conrad. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was fresh but not extremely broad in choice, which is fine due to the high quality standard of the food. Location is decent. The pool was fine but felt a bit sterile, not overly inviting. Overall, 5 stars deserved.

Such a beautiful calm hotel.. very modern and the rooms are cozy and comfortable. The staff is very very friendly. I had a good time.
