The staff all together was amazing. So helpful and friendly. Highly recommend paying for breakfast voucher. All the servers were awesome. How ever Alex recommended so many great options. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Jerry the concierge also so very helpful and friendly. Everyone and everything was so great. But just a heads up you need to request a fridge. There is none in the rooms and no microwave at all.

I just want to say how wonderful the service is here. My husband and I came for a staycation for one day since I’m currently pregnant and will be delivering soon. I blame my pregnancy brain but I checked in only to realize I accidentally booked 9/1 instead of 8/1. Antonio at the front desk was wonderful and even though they were pretty booked up and the reservations desk was about to leave for the day, they accommodated us. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern! Highly recommend all around but a huge shout out to Antonio.

I booked a corner suite with expectations of a luxury experience comparable to a Four Seasons stay. Unfortunately, the hotel fell short in several areas. While the views from the first room were stunning, the condition of the room itself was disappointing. The carpet was torn in several spots, the marble floor was badly cracked, and there were visible adhesive stains, possibly from gum. It looked like the room had been through World War 5 with a hammer and sheers, my gawd tuh-day :-) To their credit, the front desk staff was exceptional and quickly relocated me to another room, which was much cleaner and better maintained overall. However, the bedding had visible stains, including what appeared to be blood and possibly food or vomit, which was unsettling. Had I seen the rooms beforehand, I likely would have stayed elsewhere, especially considering I paid a higher rate than what is now being advertised. That said, the level of service from the staff was truly 5-star and much appreciated. A special thank you to the housekeeping manager Brandi! She personally made sure the bed was addressed and sent complimentary chocolate and a card. Job well done.
