The staff is incredibly helpful, attentive, and welcoming — they made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The property is clean, secure, and beautifully designed, with attention to detail throughout the rooms and common areas. What stood out most was the perfect morning coffee service — they serve hot, fresh Nicaraguan coffee with hot milk, which was a lovely touch. The on-site amenities, including the pool, restaurant, and spa services, truly elevate the guest experience. This boutique hotel is a peaceful retreat just a short drive from the city center and airport, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. I highly recommend Hotel Contempo to anyone visiting Managua — a truly comfortable, stylish, and relaxing stay.

The staff is incredible and it's a beautiful hotel. Jenny, Esther, Byron, and Hop were the most helpful, amazing people. The proprietor, Jaime, is very kind. Adonis, the driver, was amazing helping us get around to meet family. We usually stay with family when we visit Managua but I will definitely be back to the Hotel Contempo. You won't regret staying in this beautiful hotel.

The rooms may be a bit dated, but they are spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The inclusive breakfast offers a great variety of options. The service is exceptional! This hotel is a fantastic choice for a budget-friendly hotel stay in a central location.
