Continent My Tower Hotel Surabaya

“Not recommended” I book normal room (already make sure it is a normal room) from agoda but in hotel system the room is for transit only (3 hours). From Agoda reviews sort by rating lowest to high it seems many victims like me

When we arrived at the hotel I already had a funny feeling about the cleanliness. All of the walls and floors of the hotel were dirty and covered in stains. When we entered our”no smoking “ room immediately we could smell smoke which was unpleasant. We then noticed straight away that the sheets were stained and not clean with hair on the bed and floor, the bathroom had also been neglected as there was dirt and soap scum on the floors walls, sink and mirror. On top of this the room was run down and seemed like an ongoing construction site. To top it off, none of this was disclosed by the hotel or any of the photos.

I regularly travel tried out each hotel throughout indonesia and this time round i have decided to tried out this hotel due to how this hotel was portrayed in the agoda app.i have booked the hotel and specifically stated in my booking it is a 2 adult and 2 children stay.i was surprised how dilapidated the hotel are and was trouble by the fact that each time i wanted to buy a drinks i cant do it because this hotel don't provide room service and if i were to go down to the lobby at the reseption to buy my drinks i have to bring my whole family downstairs because the lift needs the room keycard to access the lift and if i were to leave them in the room at night then they will be left in total darkness in the room if i were to bring the keycard with me.so troublesome. Another frustrating incident is i requested for extra blanket but without any consideration the reception just blatantly say not extra blanket available.seriously no extra blankets??? I even offer to pay for the extra blankets but the lady claimed they have no extra..then this begs the question how does housekeeping replace blankets if there is no extra??? And bear in mind this is also a short time hotel for couples to come here to satisfy their lust,so how do you guys replace the used blankets if there is no extra blankets???? Hairs is all over the room,bedsheet is so dirty and stained,room have no tissue paper and yet i have to tolerate this.Now upon spreading the blankent and bed sheet there is unwashed blood on the blanket and bedsheet. My review for this hotel is to just shut down this hotel or totally change to a more honest and responsible management.my take is this is a total no go for this hotel.
