We were with 100 people for a weekend as part of a group training, during which the hotel staff met all our needs with maximum dedication. Delicious food, fast service, tidy rooms despite the renovation, the pool is flawless, thank you.

They are kind at breakfast, but extremely rude at lunch. There was a hair in the food, and the waiter was annoyed that we said something! The glasses are dusty. The room is visibly worn out. The food is really, really bad — frozen, deep-fried, with wilted fruits and vegetables. My stomach hurt after both lunch and dinner! The bed is comfortable, and the view from the seventh floor is nice. I think this hotel lost its 4-star rating a long time ago.

Honestly, it looks better in pictures than in reality. The room had a terrible smell of burnt plastic, and I had to sleep with the window open. The window was never cleaned, you could barely see. The furniture doors wouldn’t close, and the carpet was dirty. In the bathroom, the ceiling looked like it was about to collapse, and it didn’t seem like it had been cleaned recently. The breakfast had no variety at all. A place to avoid.
