Continental Hotel Hurghada

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is clean, comfortable, and the service is excellent. I would especially like to thank Mr. Rymon for his warm hospitality, professionalism, and courteous attitude. His exceptional service truly made my stay special. Highly recommended, and I will definitely come back in the future.

We had a great stay. All staff is very polite and welcoming. Pool is super nice, beach also. Food is diverse and there's something for everyone. AC unit in our room (540) was a bit loud so we had to turn it off at night. Also, a lot of noise was coming from the hallway side of the hotel even when room door was closed. Everything was clean and room service was good. Special thanks to Mohamed, he made up and cleaned our room. He was super friendly and he made extra effort to make our stay more nice. He deserves a raise! Also, thanks to all waiters, they were super friendly! Sir who helped us with our reservation in Al Dente is the nicest guy in entire complex. He deserves a raise as well!

Disappointing Experience Despite a Clean Hotel. We stayed at this hotel with an all-inclusive package, but unfortunately, we were surprised to find that many services and drinks were not included and required extra payment. This goes against the very concept of "all-inclusive" and feels misleading to guests. Even freshly juice was not included — in a 5-star hotel, is juice considered such a luxury that all-inclusive guests can’t enjoy it? Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I do not recommend this hotel in terms of value for money or service. Definitely not an experience I would repeat.
