What a wonderful place to stay and enjoy Moscow! Fantastic view, delicious breakfast, great sauna and gym.
They are 3 stars hotel in terms of service and customer care… room service needs to be improved .. location is okay 20-25 from red square.
Need to focus more on customer service because when u call and ask for something they take a long time to bring it. After I waited a long time and tried to call again after 40 min they kept the line busy and didn't answer. If I come again to Moscow I will choose another hotel because what is most important after the location is the customer service.
