Highly recommend. Rooms are clean, warm, smell good
I can not recommend this hotel at all! We cannot travel due to the flooding and there is no accommodation or goodwill from the hotel. This action doesn't fullfill the expectations of a hotel with a four star rating. For me this is not an acceptable behavior from the staff and the hotel and I will never choose this hotel again..
Booked it beacause of F1. They cancel the grand prix and i wanted to cancel the hotel. Unfortunately , I was told that I will not receive the money back. We wanted to get out of this situation in a good way and we sent you an email asking you to postpone our stay for the next years F1 race in Imola. Unfortunately you said, that it was impossible to do and we think this is not the right way to handle this exceptional situation. That's why I gave only one star, for the protection of future customers.
