We had a great experience at the Convent Square Hotel. The location is excellent — central and within walking distance to many of sights in Lisbon. The happy hour cocktails were excellent, as was the included breakfast. I can’t say enough about the concierge team. They went above and beyond — making reservations and ensuring every detail was handled seamlessly. Their service was truly outstanding. We felt completely taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend this hotel!

Phenomenal stay at Convent Square Lisbon! The room was delightful, with luxurious touches all around. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a magical courtyard lounge area, a lovely evening tea experience for guests, and a bar with splendid cocktails. Location was top-notch, but even with the populated area around, our front-facing room remained quiet and tranquil at night (and even into the morning, thanks to the room’s shutters). Guest service was also excellent throughout our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here!

We were initially seeking a reasonably priced accommodation in the Lisbon area and did not have particularly high expectations. However, this spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained hotel far exceeded them. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, consistently going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. While the breakfast offered was continental, it was fresh, well-presented, and satisfying. The shower facilities were outstanding, and the room itself was modern, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. Despite the hotel’s central location, we experienced very little noise from outside, allowing for a peaceful rest. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and genuinely warm service in Lisbon.
