Guest Reviews 4.5 / 5
The location is perfect (view from the balcony), close to the ski slope. Plus, they accept pets, which was essential in our case. Definitely would reccomend to stay in this hotel.
Good. With some small tweaks it would be full 5* review. I don't understand why hard boiled eggs are the only egg option for breakfast. Allways the same. Could be more options. And more variety for other meals too.
Disappointing Experience – Poor Service, Overpriced Buffet, and Frustrating Check-In Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately filled with frustration and disappointment. Check-in was the first red flag. Even though we had filled out all our details online before arrival, we were forced to repeat everything again at the desk – a time-consuming and completely unnecessary process. On top of that, the EV charging setup was overly complicated and far more expensive than expected. But the worst part of our experience was the restaurant. We arrived around 19:45 and were told the buffet was open and we were welcome to eat. After checking in and starting the car charge, we sat down at the buffet around 20:15. There were two adults and two children, and we each took a plate. The buffet was extremely underwhelming: a bland vegetarian stew, some fish, and pork fillet that was as dry as a sponge. The so-called Caesar salad was basically just some dressing covering a pile of greens. Then, at 20:30 – only 15 minutes after we sat down – the staff abruptly closed the buffet and cleared away all the food without saying a word. No warning, no last call, nothing. We were shocked. When we politely asked at checkout if it was possible to adjust the price given we only had 15 minutes with what was already a lackluster buffet, we were rudely told “no” and charged the full price: €62.50 total – that’s €25.50 per adult for 15 minutes of subpar food. That means their buffet is effectively priced at €100 per hour – for food that doesn’t even come close to justifying it. Overall, a terrible restaurant experience with poor communication, bad service, and completely unreasonable pricing. Add in the frustrating check-in and overpriced EV charging, and we will not be returning. Extra edit: I’ve seen the response and everytime a guest write to them they come with excuses as to why everthing is the guest fault, go through all reviews and you will see this is true, we were at no point told the buffet close at 20.30 at check-in we were told 21 and we where not told 20.30 when we sat at the table at we did not expect them to charge full price for 15 minutes all I read in the hotels respons to guest reviews are bad excuses as to why it is the guest fault we were not informed of any dinner time until the removed the food, I can live with the check-in and there own staff did not know how to operate the charge point. If they work with another distributer of charges it is the hotels job to find someone that makes it easy and a fair price for their guest, not 1€ pr. kWh
