Excellent. Lived up to a five star rating. Bill met us at the door with a lovely welcome. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and bathroom was a good size with a great shower. Breakfast was delicious, large variety to select from and hot food cooked to order. Bill and Jackie were attentive without being intrusive. We would definitely stay here again and have absolutely no reservations in recommending Cooperage.

The most comfortable and cleanest place I've ever stayed in. The owners Bill and Jackie are the friendliest I've ever met. Nothing is too much for them. We've been twice and just as good both times! Also the breakfast is excellent.

My wife and I recently stayed in room 1 (Sunday to Wednesday - 19th May - 22nd). Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. En-suite had large powerful double shower with quality towels and products. The bathroom was tiled and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable. I'd taken my own pillow so can't comment on the pillows provided but they felt high quality. I'd rate the bed very similar to a Premier Inn bed. I use Premier Inn all the time for work and they guarantee a good nights sleep with their beds so these beds are very good. The room also has quality tea and coffee products and we were greeted with a bottle of water on our bedside cabinet and a Twix chocolate bar. A nice touch. Breakfast was also amazing. Each night we filled in a breakfast form. You can choose anything from full English (bacon, sausage, mushroom, beans, hash browns, eggs etc) to cereal, fruit, croissants. The range was impressive. When we arrive in the morning, we were asked if we wanted tea or coffee. Then our breakfast came out. Hot and very nicely cooked. Crispy bacon, beautiful sausages, all locally sourced. Breakfast was a highlight. I've got nothing bad to say about this place. Will come back here again when next in Cornwall. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.
