Copal Tulum Hotel

Perfect location and exceptional service! The hotel has an amazing ambiance with beautiful indoor plants and stylish décor that make it feel so welcoming. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere is peaceful, yet you’re just steps away from great restaurants and attractions. Loved the attention to detail throughout the property. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

🌿 A peaceful jungle retreat in the heart of Tulum I spent three amazing days at Copal Hotel Tulum and absolutely loved my stay! I stayed in a room/apartment with beautiful jungle-inspired decor — super relaxing and perfect to unwind. The overall vibe of the hotel is calm and peaceful, you feel good the moment you arrive. I really enjoyed the on-site restaurant (special thanks to the lovely staff!), and everyone working at the hotel and restaurant was warm, welcoming, and always helpful. I made the most of the central pool, but also loved having my own private rooftop with an incredible view over the jungle. A true little luxury 😍 I also appreciated all the great tips from the staff on how to explore the city safely, and the option to rent bikes directly from the hotel. Honestly, everything was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend Copal Hotel if you’re looking for a calm, stylish, and well-located place to stay in Tulum!

Really nice hotel or even though it's not on the beach or necessarily close to the main street of Tulum. The stuff we're super friendly the two poles were lovely to hang out in. The restaurant breakfast were tasty although a bit on the pricey side. It was nice to have a kitchen in the room so that we could prepare meals for ourselves occasionally. These were equipped with all the essentials. I would highly recommend renting a car if you're going to stay here so that transport is easier it will end up being less expensive than a taxi.
