Copthorne Hotel Merry Hill Dudley

I just stayed for one night, but the staff and facilities were all wonderful. The room was large and well equipped with tea/coffee and biscuits. There was a trouser press, a safe, straighteners, iron and ironing board. All together a great hotel, I’ll definitely be back.

A nice clean hotel. Staff all really friendly. From the lady on check in, to cleaning staff staff passed in the corridor, staff working at the pool/gym and again at breakfast so please commend all your staff for their polite manner it really makes a difference. Location great, on the canal with bridges to bars and eateries and just over the road to shopping outlet. Swimming pool a real bonus. A great choice of food at the breakfast buffet. A good stay. I've stayed here about 20 times in the last 2 years. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is somewhat dated. Best hotel in the area for a reasonable price. Great for access to the canal or shopping at Merry Hill. Nice enough breakfast. Evening meals are catered to contract workers which there are a lot of during the week at this hotel.
