Perfect location to the plaza and main street. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The only thing I didn't like was stepping up into the shower and stepping down after showering. I was concerned about slipping. Apart from that I cannot fault this hotel. The parking was great too
The room was very comfortable, but the bathroom hand basin drains away extremely slow. It would have been nice to have had a small microwave there, you can heat more with a microwave than a jug. On the whole experience was pleasant and would stay there again. Walking distance to city centre of town and that's a bonus.
Good overall accommodation place in Palmy. The lifts are a bit old and the renovation work is taking forever. The location is great close to the city centre but in Palmy everywhere is at close distance. At night the entrance gates to car park are locked. In order to open them you need to enter the 4 digit code provided at the check in. Be careful of the direction of the opening of the gates as they are not sliding type. If you leave the car too close to the gate, it will damage your car. The food is somewhat boring.
