Really good location. Very Clean hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The free breakfast was very nice with lots of fresh fruit, pastries, pancakes, eggs, etc. the breakfast restaurant was so clean and well stocked at all times. This may sound silly, but the shades in the room created pure blackout, allowing us to sleep and catch up on jet lag. And it was very affordable!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Regina in Madrid. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and felt like the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The location is amazing, just steps away from everything, yet the atmosphere inside remains peaceful and welcoming. The staff were warm and professional, always helpful without being intrusive. I was also impressed by how clean and complete the gym was, which I really appreciated during my trip. The bar and restaurant area is ideal for enjoying a quiet drink while waiting for someone or simply unwinding before bed. There’s something about the balance this hotel strikes between comfort, style, and good energy that makes you want to come back. I truly enjoyed every part of my experience.

We stopped by for a day at Madrid. Hotel Regina location has a great, accessible to Gran via, which is the Main Street in Madrid. However we had a bad customer service at hotel. We booked two interconnecting for family of five, with 3 young kids and hotel wanted us to get another room for our 7 year old as this is apparently the policy and law at Spain. I was shocked and proposed extra charge for the day instead of getting a separate room, as don’t want my kids to sleep alone in the room. Hotel staff made it so difficult, when I asked for manager, they said he is not on duty. After spending some time arguing, a man comes from the back and whispers something and now staff is fine with charging extra for the my child instead of forcing us in getting a third room for him. Very frustrating and unpleasant experience. Rooms are smaller than they are in the pictures, but clean and Modern. Breakfast was well served. The same staff was there at the check out and were very rude and giving us attitude. Definitely not recommended for families, unfriendly people and worse customer service ever.
