Just for the fact that you don’t ban hijabis to swim you deserve all the stars in the world! Thank you for all the respect shown when i was denied entry at another resort for being a hiajbi! You are the reason i got to enjoy my first birthday as a mom with my husband and son! Thank you so much💕
The hotel needed renovation …. The rooms are so old and not clean unfortunately……………………….… the house keeping was bad … no toilet papers … not enough water bottles… no hair dryer … the AC was so noisy … and the stuff are not professional even when I arrived no body did an orientation for the hotel … they only gave the key and that’s it ! I will not stay again here for sure …
Dear Coral Beach Hotel and Resort Management, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the treatment I received at your hotel today, July 17, 2025. Yesterday, I called your front desk to confirm whether wearing a burkini is allowed, and I was clearly informed that it is permitted at pool 2. Based on this confirmation, I visited the hotel this morning with my children, expecting a pleasant and respectful experience. However, upon arrival at the pool reception, I was met with unprofessional and rude behavior from the receptionist. Instead of politely informing me about your policies, she bluntly and disrespectfully told me that I was not allowed to swim. When I explained that I had called the day before and received a different response, she remained dismissive and confrontational. I found her tone and attitude completely unacceptable, especially for someone representing a five-star establishment. My issue is not with your pool attire policy itself, but with the way it was communicated. A respectful and courteous approach would have been more appropriate — for example: “Sorry madam, but we have a policy that does not permit burkinis in the pool. We apologize for the misunderstanding and hope to welcome you again under different circumstances.” Unfortunately, there was no apology or effort to handle the situation with professionalism or empathy. I hope this message serves as constructive feedback, and that the necessary training and corrective action will be taken to ensure no guest is made to feel unwelcome or disrespected in the future.
