This resort was quite a pleasant surprise. When we got our reservation, we didn't know what to expect, so we were thrilled to find the room was actually a townhouse. The quality was very nice and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped and had high quality appliances. As far as location, the resort is within 20 to 30 minutes if Disney, depending on traffic. It is kind of tucked away off the main roads so it's quiet. One word of warning: know how to park your vehicle and be familiar with its dimensions. They have very strict rules about parking and are not afraid to enforce them. All of their paperwork is very straightforward about this, so it's not a secret, but it is good to be aware. Overall, this resort is great value for the money and is definitely somewhere we will stay again!
No wifi, tv’s didn’t work, no hot water, washing machine broken, ceiling about to cave in from water damage. Bad
This place sucks! Me and my family were staying here for 2 days and on both days the roof to our house was being worked on and they woke us up at 7AM. Each day to noisy careless roof workers who are incredibly loud, don’t even hope to get SOME sleep. My other complaint is that they cut off access to our key fob because they were doing roof work on the CLUBHOUSE. Like WTH. Ah yes if the club house is closed for your WHOLE stay you get a 5$ refund. As well as lots of things are broken/missing throughout the whole resort I mean truly it’s terrible. I genuinely don’t know how this place has 4 stars.
