Each employee has their own unique personality, making you feel right at home. The food is excellent, and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel itself is almost spotless. I'm so glad I chose this place for my birthday.
The staff at the buffet was amazing! They were very welcoming! Jorge especially, was the nicest and most attentive. Thank you for everything Jorge!!! 💖. #Jorge was awesome. Overall this resort was great and would definitely recommend. Only suggestions: 1. Reservation for restaurants sucked bad! You can only make reservations from 7am to 9 am. ... Really? On vacation! ..who wakes up early!. The lady at reservation was good at pointing out that I could've made all reservation for the week at time of check in...may work,for some, but not if you check in 4pm. Lady was also great at closing exactly at 9am despite showing up an hour after open. 2. Need more beach towels!!!! Every time we went to switch, they didn't have any and there would be a " 30 min" wait.
We stayed on the N part of the hotel, which is facing the parking, not very great views from the room. The rooms are very beautiful but you can hear absolutely everything that goes on the corridor and next door, which is not ideal if you want to rest. The beach was great, very clean, there is so many sun loungers. However, the swimming pool not that clean, do not wear a white bikini because it will turn yellow since they put too much chlorine. The drinks from the hotel are okay, not the best since they use very cheap alcohol. The food at the buffet could be improved by a lot, there’s no variety at all and by the time you seat down, the food is cold since it’s left on the open. There is also loads of flies laying on the food in the buffet, Caribbean country and that but the food should be covered at all times and is not the case in this resort. The snack is just fries, hot dogs and barely cooked pizzas. The resort gets 3 stars from me just because of the modern look of the room and the beach.
