Coral Estate Luxury Resort

We had a great stay at this chill resort. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The only ding I would give is for the inconsistent housekeeping service. One evening they showed up at 5 pm, at the end of a long day for us. We opted out and didn’t really need the cleaning, but that’s an odd time to come clean. The location is away from town, which we greatly preferred for the quiet and spectacular stargazing. It’s only about 20 minutes from the conveniences of Willemstad and that much closer to all of the amazing beaches on the upper West Coast. We stayed in a Premium Villa, which was just fantastic, for the space and the amenities. The kitchenette allowed us to prepare our own food and not rely on the resort restaurants for all of our meals. By the way, the meals were not bad at all. The small, private pool was perfect for quick dips throughout the day and night. We never bothered with the main pools. The resort bay and reef are really nice, and the onsite dive shop is very convenient.

We stayed for a week at Coral Estates recently. We loved every bit of our stay. The VIP pool and mini beach was very nice and quiet. Our room had a perfect view of the water. Our housekeeper was always on it and our room was always very clean. While the location was off the beaten path, it was really in a good spot to start off from.

The grounds were very nice. Great sunset views. We felt safe and secure at the resort with security patroling and it being a gated area. We had great meals on site. Some service was a little slower than others. We occasionally felt like we were being looked over when eating at the restaurants. But that only happened twice. Every other time was great service. Our housekeeping exceeded our expectations set and we always came back to a clean room.
