Coral Lagoon Waterfront Resort & Marina

Fishing weekend with my dad and brother in law. Stayed here before and really like it. Stone's throw from Key Colony as well as various restaurants and shops. Units are perfect for up to 6-8 people, very comfortable. Kitchen is plenty big and the den area opens to the outside sitting area and canal. Place is not brand new and condition of the units will depend on the usage and wear and tear, but for a vacation in the Keys I think it is pretty great, especially as an alternative to a item room on the small end or a full house on a bay or canal on the large end. The units are on canals and offer boat docking and even power and water, though some are currently under renovation. Parking could be an issue depending on the unit, as some units require a little walk from the parking lot, but nothing wrong with getting your steps in. Bottom line, you're in the Keys and the place is comfortable and accommodating.

Beautiful condo in Marathon, very clean, love the sheets, pillows and towels, but most of all, the amazing, peaceful view from balcony from Master bedroom. We visited in April 2025, us with 3 teens, house was spacious, we read in the patio and balcony, had dinners out in local restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay. We got egg, juice and milk from two nearby supermarkets and I cooked breakfast every day, egg, cereal, tea and coffee. We loved the place.

In town for Charter fishing trip. We liked the convenience of arrival with no key requirement as well as departure. Only difficulty was finding the external dumpster for trash, so just brought our trash back home with us.
