Great room cleanliness, staff come in everyday and tidy and clean. There are ceiling fans to keep cool with all necessary kitchen appliances and cutlery. Nice modern bathroom as well as a nice bed and balcony. Only flaw is the neighbours as they were loud and smoked each side of my balcony which are all next to each other. Pool was lovely with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas as well as entertainment and a bar. Keys to the room are placed on your arm as a bracelet so you’ll not lose your key.

Myself and my son stayed for 5 nights.. Location 25 min walk to beach 5 minutes on a e scooter. 5 euros in a taxi.. Hotel and pool really nice.. good sized rooms pool perfect for young families.. Pool doesn't open till 11am. Breakfast really nice... Rooms like I say perfect only issue was no air conditioning.. You can pay 90 euros for a week for a outside company to put it in your room. Cleaners great.. Reception welcoming.. Manager Omar lets the hotel down unfortunately needs to learn customer skills.. We put towels down at 8am as that seem to be the trend during holiday.. had breakfast 10.30am. At 11am the pool opens i nipped to room to use toilet when I returned 11.15am all my towels were gone someone was on my bed.. So he removed all towels that weren't occupied at 11am and put them at reception. I advised that this rule should be advertised better as what happened next was people arguing with each other round the pool while Omar hides under his desk in his room. Advised that on arrival details of hotel should put towel rule in simple fix really.

This Hotel is located on a big hill and about 20 minutes from the sea/beech the hotel itself is split into 3 sections of rooms and have brackets as a access cards/keys. The hotel has many different activities on site such as pool,restaurant mini bar, mini market and a pool bar. This is a good location from shoppers as there is a good amount of shops/supermarkets not too far from the location of the Hotel. The rooms themselves were not the greatest, we stayed for 5 days and we have a cockroach walking around a couple of times, the door frames were cracked and ceiling paint was cracked as well. Lose pipe fittings as well, and some of the fans were broken. The doors were also stained and made the rooms almost a not cared about. Overall this is a okay hotel is good and did the job!
