Coral Olaya Hotel Riyadh

I attended a course here last week, and it was very well organized and enjoyable. Everything was easy to access with the help of the hotel staff. I would like to especially mention Ms. Myasim, who was very patient and helpful, and her warm smile made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.

I stayed at Centro Olaya for a few weeks with my baby, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff made us feel welcome and genuinely cared for. The reception team was warm and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The restaurant staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs, even offering small gestures to make my baby more comfortable during meals. The housekeeping team was equally impressive—professional, prompt, and always friendly. A special shoutout to Habib from housekeeping, who was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly helpful, always made sure our room was in perfect condition, and even took extra steps to make sure my baby had everything we needed. His kindness and attention to detail made a big difference in our stay. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and comfortable. Our room was well-maintained and quiet—perfect for a family with a baby. Everything we needed was easily accessible, and the staff were always a phone call away if we needed anything extra. Overall, it was a wonderful and very comfortable stay, made special by the people who work there. Huge thanks to everyone at Centro Olaya for making us feel at home.

More than five star service. Staff are all respectful and so accommodating, especially Nahid. Quiet and relaxing for business and tourist travelers. Highly recommendable. I need to say that the breakfast is absolutely really good. The gym is really fully equipped as well. Will be back again in the future.
