We had a wonderful time staying here. The service was so friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, breakfast was great, nice access to the beach, and nice pools, even for kids. My one complaint was that the hotel food was slightly less preferable to food of surrounding restaurants.
We enjoyed a lazy morning with the day-use option. Some friends were passing by and so they had just a short time in the city – the manager gifted us a very special condition to know the premisses and both service and infrastructure were wonderful. Will likely come again in the future, 10/10.
The hotel is very well located and the staff is absolutely incredible. Very accommodating to any customer needs they solved the Aircon problem we had brilliantly and efficiently. Albeit having wide doors and lifts, I don't think it can cater well for wheelchair users as the access to the beach is not wheelchair friendly. The restaurant staff is really amazing and Fabiana at the tapioca bar simply a delight to talk to while watching her masterfully making the tapioca. I definitely recommend the place.
