I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay at coral reef. The hotel offers a perfect mix of comfort, luxury, and warm hospitality. A special shout-out to Ms. Poornima from the front office, who made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Her professionalism, politeness, and attention to detail truly stood out. She ensured that all my needs were met and was always ready to assist with a smile. I would also like to appreciate Mr. Shani, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. he regularly checked in to see if everything was going well and made me feel genuinely cared for. The property is beautifully maintained, the rooms are spacious and the food across all restaurants was top-notch. The entire staff was courteous and helpful, making the overall experience truly memorable. I highly recommend Coral reef for both business and leisure stays. I had a great stay at coral reef. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and located conveniently for getting around the city. What really made the experience special was the excellent service from the staff. I want to especially mention Poornima, who was very helpful and courteous throughout my stay. She went out of her way to ensure everything was smooth and made me feel truly welcome. Definitely recommend this place for both business and leisure stays!

Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Since we booked the room directly and not online, we weren’t informed about the non-smoking policy or the charges related to it, which would’ve been good to know beforehand. We were also charged for a stained mattress cover—while we’re not sure if it was from our side, we accepted it and paid all extra charges without any complaints. However, the cleanliness of the room could’ve been better. We noticed some stains around the table, used coffee mugs, and even the dustbin wasn’t cleared when we checked in. The staff overall was okay, but the receptionist at checkout could’ve been a bit more courteous. She didn’t even thank us for the stay, which felt a little off. Small gestures like that matter. The rest of the team was decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement in hospitality and communication.
