I stayed at Coral Reef Resort and Spa, Havelock for 2 days and it was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, especially for couples with kids. The resort has a playground and two swimming pools, including a small one where children can also enjoy safely. The food was amazing, and the resort has its own beach with plenty of space and swings, which makes it even more relaxing. The rooms are perfect and very comfortable. The staff are also very good and helpful. I have no complaints about my stay — it was truly enjoyable.
I recently stayed at Coral Reef Resort & Spa – Havelock. The location is beautiful, with peaceful surroundings and clean, well-maintained rooms. Staff members and Mr. Sujay from the Front Desk was very professional, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile. His warm approach and helpful nature truly made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The only disappointment was that the housekeeping team was quite slow. Apart from that, the property offers delicious food, easy beach access, and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend Coral Reef Resort & Spa for a memorable stay in Havelock.
Extremely Disappointed – A Frustrating and Inconvenient Stay I’m giving Coral Reef Resort just 1 star because the rooms were decent and the property clean. Beyond that, my experience was deeply frustrating. From the moment I arrived, a simple request to shorten my stay by a day was met with cold, robotic responses and no real effort to help. It felt like my concerns were just brushed off. My room key never worked, no matter how many times I complained. A basic issue like this shouldn’t be ignored, but it was. The seafood platter I tried was ₹2,700 so (much taxes on food) completely overpriced and didn’t even taste good. Definitely not worth it. Checkout was the worst part. The reception staff, especially one very unhelpful guy who was more focused on feedback forms and pushing alternate payments and not going extra length to help with transaction and fixing their broken card machine or addressing any of our concerns. What should’ve been a relaxing stay turned into a constant hassle. I left feeling disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone expecting even average service.
