Very nice condo. The jacuzzi tub needed some scrubbing on the jets but not a huge deal. We were on the third floor which was not ideal to haul all our stuff up all the stairs. So if you are not physically able to do the flights of stairs, make sure you request a lower level.

The only reason we booked here was for the "rooftop jacuzzi" for our boys after a sports tournament. There was no rooftop jacuzzi. The place was filthy, so gross in fact, I didn't let my boys sit on the couch (plus is was broken down on one side). The master bathroom still had urine all around the floor and the smell was horrendous. Not to mention the smell of sewage that wakes you up in the night. The beds didn't have bed skirts and exposed dirty box springs. The "fancy" pillows on the bed looked as though they have never been cleaned. We stayed cliff side in 9A. They did give us a 10% discount after I showed them pics of the filth and missing hot tub, but it was not 10% of the stay so I'm not sure what their 10% is. For a resort and resort pricing, we were really disappointed. The boys did enjoy the basketball court and outside pool. We will not be returning. If you're a traveler who likes things clean and tidy, I wouldn't recommend.

We have been here for 3 days, renting through VRBO. The couple of things I will say is that the pool areas are really gross - foamy and lukewarm hot tubs, indoor pool area is in a state of disrepair. We were hoping to enjoy these daily and have been so disappointed. Also there are really no convenient nearby restaurants except for Mexican (which is really good). Have to go way down the highway for coffee too.
