We've stayed at the hotel for two weeks and shortly our experience there was great (besides an incident which I'll mention later). We felt welcome and comfortable very fast, everyone that works there is very open and nice and we got to have great conversations and a lot of fun. The food was perfect, a lot of diversity but also enough options for people who like it more simple. The beach was dreamy and perfect for snorkeling, they ensure that wildlife is protected so there's only two entrances to actually get into the water, but from there on you're free to explore everything around. If you're german speaking you'll feel very much at home since a lot of people are able to speak the language. The shows in the evening were nice and good vibes were always guaranteed. We loved the aqua gym at 12 o'clock but sadly in the second week of our stay it wasn't regular anymore, which was kind of disappointing. We had a lot of fun with the animation team as well and were disappointed to know that one person had to leave because of another specific person from the animation team. Later on we had to witness a few times where the specific person I mentioned talked to other members of the animation team with disrespect and even ordered them to leave even though they were having fun with the tourists. The day we left two other members of the animation team decided to leave as well, where the main factor was this specific person as well. That was really sad for us to see since all three guys that left are great people. There is probably a lot more to the story but it's not mine to tell, nevertheless I thought it's important to say something, since the behavior of this specific person shouldn't be tolerated. This isn't a critique to the hotel directly, since our vacation there was great (I didn't even mention the tour we did with chill tours which was probably the most fun day of my life, like snorkeling in egypt is just next level nice, so I would definitely recommend everyone that visits to do the seven pillars snorkel tour!) but it's a shame that our vacation had to end on such a bitter note.

Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations. The pool area is extremely tight , making it difficult to relax or find a comfortable spot. Similarly, the beach is very tight Most of the staff were not friendly or welcoming, with the exception of one person who tried his best to help. The food quality was quite poor, lacking variety and freshness. Also, there was no fresh juice included in the all-inclusive package, which felt disappointing considering the price paid.

An experience to avoid! The rooms are small, old, and smell terrible — a persistent odor of dampness and mold. Everything feels poorly maintained, and the furniture is worn out and depressing. The staff is completely disrespectful and unfriendly. Their attitude makes you feel like you're a burden just for being there. To top it all off: the food. Although it's advertised as “all inclusive,” you're not allowed to serve yourself freely — portions are controlled, and the food is bland, repetitive, and served in small quantities. It has nothing to do with hospitality or comfort. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s way too expensive for what it offers, and disappointment is guaranteed.
