Amazing staff, super helpful and extremely nice! Not a single issue with anything aside from a few issues with our hotel rooms bathroom. Perfect location, feels upscale, around 5 minutes from all the shopping you’d want and 10 minutes from the transit system. Will definitely stay here again!

Overall great service and very convenient location. Rooms are decent sized. A couple downside was that the free wifi was terrible and my room started smelling really bad from cigarette smoke coming through the air vents. Hotel management did offer to switch our rooms but it was towards the middle to latter part of our trip and it was more of a hassle to pack up and move. Good hotel overall

Around 5pm we gonna take shower for kids but no hot water, this situation continue for half hour,we call guest service they reply will check for us, however no one gave a response after that. We kept waiting more half hour until housekeeping sent the amenities here we ask her, then know they fix the heater this morning we need to wait a while to back to normal! It’s not so hard to give us a reply right? Then we ask for a cot bumper, the staff sent it then just put it by the door?! I do not experience to install it by myself before in other resort, let alone the bad attitude of these staffs!
