Amazing location. Such a great hotel. Would have given it 5 stars across but did not have a spa and a few other amenities. That being said. I don’t think many places do in Venice. Decor was amazing. Amazing bartender who can provide you with all of the great dining spots and tours. Super sexy hotel in probably the best part of town to stay in. HIGHLY recommend staying here!
Amazing room, amazing breakfast, and incredible attention to detail! I stayed here 5 months ago and I still think about how great the experience was. Truly a memorable place—highly recommend!
This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We arrived at the hotel at 6:30 PM only to find the front door locked and no one inside. There were zero staff around, no one to speak to, and no check-in info had been sent in advance. We couldn’t reach the hotel ourselves – luckily a kind local helped us call the number posted outside, and only after 30 minutes did we finally get a self check-in email. Not even a word of apology. It was 35°C in Rome, and we were just left out on the street with our luggage, waiting in the heat. Worst of all, because of the delay, we missed our wedding anniversary dinner. The self check-in email claimed their staff is available until 8 PM, but that was clearly not true. This hotel is completely irresponsible. I absolutely would not recommend staying here.
