Cormar Suites Kuala Lumpur

Cormar Suites was a great choice during our stay in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The room was clean and the location was very convenient. 711, McDonald’s and other restaurants just 2–3 minutes away. Special thanks to Lisa, who stepped in after we initially weren’t accommodated properly by another staff member. She upgraded our room and made sure to turn the situation around. Her kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. Would gladly stay here again. 😊

The apartment provided excellent facilities and a comfortable stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the apartment, everything was well maintained and the service was top-notch. The apartment was a great choice; it was clean, well-equipped, and the staff were very helpful. I had a pleasant stay at the apartment, highly recommend it for its comfort and convenience. The apartment exceeded my expectations with its quality service and amenities.

Nice hotel, but not 5-star service The hotel is well located in the city center, easy to access and secure, with 24-hour reception. The room was very spacious and clean overall. The staff was kind and helpful. The facial recognition elevator is a nice modern touch. However, there was loud drilling noise from 8 AM every morning due to renovation works, which disturbed us. We also requested early check-in by email but it was not granted, which was disappointing for a 5-star hotel. Some hand towels had small stains.
